John Sakkis's most recent chapbooks include Gary Gygax (Cy Gist Press), Rude Girl (Duration Press), The Moveable Ones (Transmission Press) and the forthcoming post-bulletin (Taxt). With Angelos Sakkis he translates the work of Athenian multimedia artist/poet Demothenes Agrafiotis, their translation of Agrafiotis's Chinese Notebook forthcoming from Ugly Duckling Presse. He is from Concord, CA and currently lives in the Lower Haight, SF where he curates the BOTH BOTH Reading Series. He works for Small Press Distribution.


Lorelei Lee is a student, writer, and porn performer. Her writing has appeared in Transfer, Graphite, and $pread Magazine. She recently completed a national tour with the Sex Workers’ Art Show, and has been featured in reading series such as Sizzle, Here Comes Everybody, and the Bay Area Poetry Marathon. She performed in The 2008 National Queer Arts Festival, and will be reading at Intersection for The Arts as part of this fall’s Lit Quake.

Jake Gillespie is a painter and new media artist originally from Nebraska. He recently moved to Oakland, CA with his wife. He is cofounder of Tugboat Gallery, a nonprofit art gallery in Lincoln, NE. His work has shown in museums and galleries in Omaha, Kansas City, Chicago, Syracuse and is forthcoming in Portland, OR and Oakland, CA.


Graham Foust is the author of three collections of poems: As in Every Deafness (Flood Editions, 2003), Leave the Room to Itself (Ahsahta Press, 2003), and Necessary Stranger (Flood Editions, 2007). He directs the MFA Program in Creative Writing at Saint Mary’s College of California and lives in Oakland with his family.
